Humble Endeavors: 25 Years United in Service

Join us on November 29 in Washington, DC to celebrate our 25th anniversary!

ASC has been representing and promoting state service commissions across the United States and territories for 25 years. Join us as we celebrate our own anniversary as well as the innovative work of commissions to address pressing community needs and challenges through national service.

Entitled Humble Endeavors: 25 Years United in Service, the event is a culmination of our yearlong anniversary celebration. It will take place on November 29 from 6:30-9:30pm at the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, DC and will be hosted by Mike Ellison — musician, actor, and accomplished spoken word artist utilizing entertainment as a vehicle to address and support social issues. The evening will include a cocktail reception and an awards program honoring commission innovation.

We welcome commission staff and commissioners, elected officials, past award honorees, sponsors, national service program partners, AmeriCorps agency leadership, and all friends of national service to attend. We hope to see you there!

Event tickets are now available for purchase for both individuals and organizations. Commissions are encouraged to sponsor the event, as well as purchase admission for their attendees, through the commission package options. Other organizations who plan to attend the event are welcome to use these options as well. We also have sponsorship packages available for organizations who are unable to attend the event; interested organizations should contact Brad Kmoch.

As is tradition, ASC will be hosting a silent auction as part of the event. The silent auction will open for bidding on November 15. In the meantime, you can make a monetary gift to ASC or donate an item to the auction.

Please contact Brad Kmoch with any questions about the event, including admission, sponsorship, the silent auction, etc.
