AmeriCorps Member Assistance Program
The AmeriCorps Member Assistance Program (MAP) is designed to support AmeriCorps programs in providing accessible and quality mental health services to AmeriCorps members and employees of their organizations. In order to participate in MAP, AmeriCorps programs must be an AmeriCorps Program Member with ASC. Programs may become a member as part of MAP enrollment.

Package Options
Services for the 2024-2025 program year will be provided by our partner AllOne Health in three package options. All services are private, confidential, and free to members/employees and individuals in their households.

- Unlimited in-the-moment telephonic counseling services with master’s degree level counselors
- Mobile app with resources and appointment scheduling access
- Medical advocacy
- Financial and legal assistance (30-minute consultations)

*Virtual counseling may be provided via AllOne Health's partnership with external video counseling services
^Limits apply in California. Due to state law, no more than three face-to-face sessions for the same issue are allowed within a six-month period.
Program Resources
Participating programs will have access to the following resources.
- Electronic promotional materials for members describing available services; it is the responsibility of the program's primary contact to distribute these materials to their members
- Reports regarding MAP usage, by request
- Opportunity for members to participate in a scheduled webinar orientation; recording will be available for distribution
- Opportunity for AmeriCorps program directors and members to participate in professional development webinars
Enrollment
For the 2024-2025 AmeriCorps Program Year, all programs (new and re-enrolling) must complete the enrollment form by the following dates.
- If your program has a June 1, 2024 start date, you must enroll by May 22.
- If your program has a July 1, 2024 start date, you must enroll by June 19.
- If your program has an August 1, 2024 start date, you must enroll by July 22.
- If your program has a September 1, 2024 start date, you must enroll by August 21.
There are two separate enrollment forms depending on who is paying for the program's participation in MAP. Please review and select accordingly. If you are a program and your commission is covering the cost, you should not complete any enrollment. Please confirm with your state or territorial service commission, or contact us to confirm.
Please note that we do not collect individual names of your AmeriCorps members or employees. The program enrolls and is responsible for distributing information to its participants. When enrolling, please provide the organization name and/or program name (if applicable) that your members would use when calling to access services.
