Ka'Sondra said, "Serving as a governor-appointed commissioner of volunteerism is more than just a civic duty — it is my calling as a Christian, my honor, and my privilege. Dr. King said, 'Everybody can be great...because anybody can serve.' True service comes not from titles or degrees, but from a heart full of grace and a soul driven by love. I am proud to represent the commission in any way I can — whether it’s fighting food insecurity, ensuring students have the supplies they need, aiding flood victims in Eastern Kentucky, or advocating for our most vulnerable — children in foster care, senior citizens, and individuals in recovery. Service is not just something I do; it is who I am. It is my honor to serve My Old Kentucky Home."
Thank you for your service, Ka'Sondra!
